Abstrakt

The purpose of the article is to present the administrative and legal status of The Envoy for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME) - as a new specialized body in the field of protection of entrepreneurs' rights. The SME Envoy is an important element of support for entrepreneurship in Poland. The authors of the article focused primarily on the tasks and legal forms of the SME Envoy's implementation of tasks.
