Abstract

The article applies to bicycle paths and routes as an element of balanced
tourism and urban recreation. In the article the areas of Racibórz, Rybnik and
Wodzisław Śląski are compared in terms of bicycle infrastructure and ease of access
to information about tchem, which are posted on the Internet. The article also informs
about planned investments in the above-mentioned areas in the coming years.
