Abstract

The organizational sheet of a school is the primary document of the school. The obligatory subjective and objective elements which create the organizational sheet, its legal nature of entities cooperating with its approval, make it an interesting research
material. It became even more interesting after changes in education law in 2016, where the issues of cooperation between individual administrative entities taking place outside
the school's organizational structure were expanded The cooperation of these entities takes the form of opinions and approvals. In the current legal state, the headmaster of the school is responsible for preparing the organizational sheet of school.
