The article describes the mechanisms used in the area of corporate social responsibility that were visible during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020. The information presented and the examples provided are to prove that CSR activities can act as a catalyst for changes and creating new offers as part of a specific service. In the article, the author also reviewed the definitions related to CSR and proposed new ways of defining the concept, taking into account the changing reality.
