CHILDCARE BENEFIT AS A COMPONENT OF SALARY

The Program "Family 500+" was intended to partially cover the expenses related to bringing up a child. Paying parents PLN 500 every month without the need to document the way they were spent determines the obvious question whether it is an additional component of remuneration for work. A detailed analysis showed many common features between the childcare benefit for remuneration for work and proposed changes to the Program.
