Abstract

Migration is one of the most important phenomena shaping the modern world. They became a common phenomenon in the globalized world of the 21th century. They've never been so intense before. In recent years, Poles have also moved to another town or even abroad more often. On the other hand, as the standard of living in our country increases, more and more foreigners come to Poland. In this article, we will show how migrations change the world, what effects they bring, but also what challenges we face as a society and the world as a whole in connection with such large migrations and population flows.
