Abstract

Article is an attempt to find balance in education in the face of variability and
uncertainty of everyday social and geopolitical life. The author emphasizes primarily the
cognitive development of children and youth. The paper includes a list of
recommendations ready to be implemented in education and advocates for shifting the
focus from assessing students to ensuring their safe and effective learning.
