Abstract

The study presents the multi-faceted impact of digitalization on modern
society. The rapid advancement of technology and the widespread integration of digital
innovations have brought profound changes in many areas of life, such as
communication, commerce, management, and culture. The study aims to explain the
impact of digitalization on social structures, individual behavior, and economic systems.
Through qualitative inquiry, this study answers the following research questions: what
are the key areas influenced by digitalization? How do these changes manifest
themselves in social structures and interactions? What challenges do they pose and what
new opportunities do they offer? The findings of the study highlight the need to use
adaptive strategies and policy frameworks to leverage the positive effects of
digitalization while mitigating its potential negative consequences.
