Abstract

The topic of this article is an introduction to the topic of administrative
enforcement of monetary receivables and selected principles of its application in the
opinion of the author of this article. It presents the methodology related to the use of
enforcement measures for monetary receivables based on selected principles of using
enforcement measures in administrative enforcement.
